In view of the danger of new variants of Corona, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has taken an important decision. The ministry has also added Hong Kong and Israel to the list of countries whose citizens are required to follow other guidelines, including the corona test, before coming to India. Earlier the names of UK, South Africa, Brazil, Bangladesh, Botswana, China, Mauritius, New Zealand, Zimbabwe, and Singapore including Britain have been added to this list.

Because of this, the Government of India has so far added the names of 12 countries to the guidelines for international travel. Passengers coming to India from these countries should have a negative RT-PCR report 72 hours before traveling by air. According to the new guidelines, despite being RT-PCR negative, their corona test will be done after they land in India.

Tension in the country due to new variants of Corona.
