IPV has introduced a new mechanism to encourage a savings mindset and disciplined approach to startup investment. Members can start contributing as little as Rs 50,000 per month towards their preferred startups on the platform and allocate the funds to startups of their choice. Additionally, IPV is launching a 360-degree digital campaign on social media platforms to raise awareness of their new initiative and track record so far.
With over Rs 500 crore invested in 140 startups, IPV is dedicated to democratizing angel investment in India. The platform enables senior working professionals and seasoned corporate executives with high disposable income to invest in startups through their platform. The minimum ticket size of investment is Rs 2.5 lakh per startup, but with the launch of Main Bhi Angel, IPV has lowered the average investment size to Rs 100,000, making it more accessible for young working professionals who want to start their wealth creation journey early in their careers.

Vinay Bansal, Founder CEO of IPV, stated, “We are a strong believer in the Indian startup ecosystem. Indian startups' tech prowess has put India on the global map, but investing in startups has remained the domain of a few. IPV aims to change that by bringing in more first-time investors to support world-class startups. Currently, over 80% of our investors base consists of first-time investors. With the launch of Main Bhi Angel, we aim to accelerate the adoption of startup investment as an asset class and a credible wealth creation tool."
Anku Mittal, Co-founder of IPV, commented on the ad campaign, "Shark Tank India is the perfect platform for IPV to launch their first campaign. Shark Tank India has democratized the stories of entrepreneurs in India, giving every household access to understanding how startup funding works, what metrics are considered, and how funding decisions are made. Our campaign is also aimed at
explaining the entire process, which may otherwise sound complicated to first-time investors."
IPV is currently working with a diverse group of over 7,000 member investors from 46+ countries, including seasoned corporates and CXOs. By providing a platform for first-time investors, IPV is helping professionals like lawyers, doctors, and housewives experience the benefits of startup investments and become part of a fast-growing asset class. With the launch of Main Bhi Angel, IPV is furthering its vision of making startup investment more accessible and breaking down the barrier to entry for all potential investors.
