The price of petrol, diesel has been hiked with Rs 0.35 per litre for the fourth consecutive day across India.
The petrol price in India is revised at 6:00 AM everyday. After the rise in petrol and diesel today, the price in Country's capital turned to Rs 104.44 per litre petrol, and Rs 93.17 per litre diesel. And, in Mumbai, the rate is Rs 110.41 per litre petrol and Rs 101.03 per litre diesel. In Chennai, the rate for today is Rs 101.76 per litre and Rs 96.24 per litre for petrol and diesel respectively.
The petrol diesel prices crossed the figure Rs 110 in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Rajasthan and diesel prices reached Rs 101.86, 104.70 and 110.26 per litre in respective places.
There is no sign of decline in fuel prices in near days. The price depends on the incidence of local taxes and differs from state to state. In total, the price has increased by 5.7 per litre since last month.
