The new season of IPL
2022 will start in the last week of March and will run until may end. BCCI
secretary Jay Shah says that the majority of team owners expressed their wish
that the tournament be held in India.
IPL Schedule 2022
Since last two years IPL i.e. Indian Premier League had played in the UAE i.e. United Arab Emirates due to the COVID-19 surge, but IPL 2022 is scheduled to be played in India. In the IPL 15 there will be 10 teams which is going to be hilarious for the IPL or Indian Premier League fans.

Last year only 8 teams had played the IPL matches, which were
Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings, Kolkata Knight Riders,
Mumbai Indians, Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bangalore & Sunrisers
Hyderabad. The new two which are going to be the parts of Indian Premier League
15 are Ahmedabad Lions & Lucknow Nawabs.
