PATNA: US-based entrepreneur and philanthropist, Ms Reena Gupta on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, shared with students of International School of Management (ISM), Patna, the mantras to become a businessperson ignited with the zeal to succeed.

“Develop soft skills,
critical thinking ability and problem solving expertise and be relevant to the
market needs to climb the ladder of entrepreneurship
successfully,” she told first year students at an interactive
Udyamita (entrepreneurship) session.
Ms Gupta, founder of Mom
Relaunch Foundation, Pleasanton, California, USA, asked the aspiring
entrepreneurs not to shy away from finding real solutions to often very hard
problems.

“Nurture problem solving
skills. Do not complain if you come across a problem. Instead, find a solution.
Develop the ability to emerge from being a complainer to a problem solver,” Ms
Gupta added.
Earlier, Ms Gupta was
felicitated by Ms Shilpi Kavita, assistant professor and coordinator of the ISM
E-cell, which organised the event.
The programme was
