Actually, in the video, Imran Khan is talking about the days
of his life when he was in Britain and still could not mix in the society
there.
This clip is part of a recent Pakistani podcast show, in
which Imran Khan was invited as a guest.
In the viral video, Imran Khan says, "I was also a part
of that society. Big welcome too. The British accept very few people inside the
society like this, but I never considered it my home. Because I was Pakistani.
Whatever I do, I cannot become an Englishman. If you put ridges on a donkey, it
does not become a zebra. That donkey remains a donkey."

What is
Imran Khan saying?
After watching the full podcast show, it becomes clear that
Imran Khan is actually talking about Overseas Pakistanis i.e. Pakistanis
settled abroad and how Pakistan's talent is going out.
During the show, podcast host Junaid Akram is telling Imran
Khan that a child from Quetta was so impressed after watching one of his videos
that today he has become Roger Federer's physique. That child says that he had
nothing in Pakistan. He wants to come back to the country and do something, but
where should he go?

Junaid, while taking a jibe at the increasing number of Pakistanis abroad, says that perhaps Pakistan has made this policy that more and more people should be sent abroad and they send money from there, so that the country can run.
