2. Lack of sleep (Insomnia)
We drink coffee because we feel refreshed and sleep and

same time the sleeping pattern will also be completely disturbed.
3. Digestion Problem
The worst effect of drinking coffee is on our stomach

4. High Blood Pressure
Caffeine is found in large amounts in coffee, due to which
it increases blood pressure rapidly. This increases the risk of serious

drink coffee in very small amounts.
