Chief Secretary S.S Sandhu said that all public rallies and public or cultural events has been suspended till next order, Because of the increase in the number of Covid cases.
Covid has been continuously increasing with a rise of over
800 cases in a day. This number of cases has crossed a mark of danger again
after several months.

According to the orders, all the school will remain closed
during this period. However gym, spas, saloons, theatres, shopping malls,
cinema halls and auditoriums will remain open during the period with 50%
occupancy.
Night curfew will be continued in the order said.
For people coming to Uttarakhand from outside and who are not
vaccinated are not allowed to enter and it's mandatory to carry a 72-hour
RT-PCR test report the order said.
