To avoid spoilers, leaks, we have seen 'Doctor Strange in
the Multiverse of Madness'. Marvel had released so much footage of the film
that it felt like it would tell the whole story. But still managed to hide the
story. The film begins next to what Doctor Strange did in 'Spiderman: No Way
Home'. In order to help Peter, Strange tampers with the Multiverse. The concept
of the multiverse itself is completely new to the characters of this universe.
What trouble can he create for them, the film tries to find the answer to this
question.
Strange made a choice to help Peter, choose to help him.
Without being afraid of what the result would be. In this film, you will feel
the difference from character to character more by his choices than by his
powers. It is said that our choices make us, or our decisions today decide our
tomorrow. Here the difference of this election makes one person a hero and one
a villain. Why and how is Doctor Strange a hero? Not because of his powers, but
because of his decisions.Official Poster of the Movie
Movie review: Sharmajee Namkeen, Late Rishi Kapoor’s last movie as an actor.
There was another reason that excited me for the film more than Doctor Strange. The director of the film is Sam Raimi. Sam, who created Tobey Maguire's 'Spiderman' trilogy, has returned to Marvel after a long time. Whether there was any pressure on him regarding the feel of the film or not, but the impression of his direction is visible to you throughout the film. Especially if you have seen his 'Evil Dad' movies. Whether it is a tracking shot, or the music coming out of the blue, you will see his sign in the film. This film is a VFX rich film. Almost every other scene has been shot with the help of green screen. Still, you will see Sam Raimi's 'Evil Dad' monster makeup in the film. Even though it is outdated from today's point of view. But here a creator is just trying to give tribute to his work.

His humour is given special attention in Marvel's films.
Here the impression of Sam is also visible in the scenes with humour. The rest
are still considered dark scenes. A character with limitless possibilities like
Doctor Strange, an interesting concept like the multiverse, and a director like
Sam Raimi, these three together cannot fix the biggest problem of the film.
There is a theatre in New York, AMC Empire 25. Before watching the movie, I
read somewhere that there are 70 shows of 'Doctor Strange' on that theatre on
May 06. Meaning a film will be shown 70 times on different screens of that theatre
in a single day. How is this possible? By cutting the length of the film. By
tampering with the vision of the filmmaker.

While watching the film, these things kept coming in my mind
the whole time. Firstly, the concept of multiverse is new to the audience
watching the film. Comic book fans are not talking here. There was a need to
give time to his fussiness. Whenever you come up with a concept that will be a
part of your films for a long time, then talk about it calmly. It is not that
one-line dialogues were delivered, and moved on. This seems to happen on more
than one occasion in the film. It is not just about the dialogues here. Seeing
many such scenes, it will seem that they are being cut in an abrupt way. In
such a situation, you yourself are reducing the importance of that scene.
After watching the film, it is understandable to run 70
shows in a day. It is quite possible that the studio has done a lot of pruning
on the editing table in order to increase the shows. By doing this, the show
has increased, tickets will also be sold, the business of the film will
benefit, but his soul has suffered. Marvel's films try to strike a balance
between emotion and humour. Humour keeps coming in between here. But on the
emotional part, it is not so strong that there is some movement inside you.
Nowadays I am watching Marvel's show 'Moon Night'. Watched the fifth episode of
the series a few days ago. That episode was far from every fancy element. Runs
only on emotion. So much so that after the episode is over, you sit quietly and
think about it. Still from the Movie

'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' could not
produce such an effect. Trying to fit the film in two hours does not prove to
be effective. In such a situation, no matter how much heavy VFX you use, their
effect starts disappearing after some time. 'Doctor Strange' has some moments
of its own, but these moments together do not make up the total length of the
film.
