Nepal at 1.57 pm on Tuesday. Their intensity was measured up to 6.3 on the
Richter scale. Earthquake tremors were felt in many cities of Delhi, UP, Bihar,
Uttarakhand, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir in
India. The epicenter of the earthquake was Nepal. In such a situation, the news

Uttarakhand's Pithoragarh at 6.27 am on Wednesday. The intensity of these
aftershocks was 4.3.
The tremors of the strongest 6.3 magnitude earthquake were
felt near Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand, adjacent to the Nepal border in India.
Along with this, strong tremors of earthquake were felt all over North India.
According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicenter of the
earthquake was in Nepal, about 90 km from Pithoragarh.

and Gurugram in India. Even in Lucknow, the tremors made people sleepy.
According to USGS, the epicenter of the earthquake was 21 km from Dipayal in
Nepal. Earthquake tremors were felt here on Tuesday late evening also. Their
intensity was 4.9 and 3.5. Earlier, earthquake tremors were felt in Uttarakhand
on Sunday evening as well.

In Doti here, a house collapsed due to the tremors of the earthquake. 6 people
died in this accident. While 5 people got injured. Tremors of 6.6 magnitude
earthquake were felt in Doti. Among the dead are 3 people from the same family.
Those injured in the earthquake have been admitted to the hospital. In Nepal,
the army is engaged in relief and rescue work.
Nepal's PM Sher Bahadur Deuwan has expressed grief over the
damage caused by the earthquake. He tweeted, "I express my heartfelt
condolences to the families of those killed in the earthquake. I have directed
the concerned agencies to make arrangements for immediate and proper treatment
of the injured and victims in the affected areas.
No damage reported in India
The control room of the Ministry of Home Affairs has
obtained information from the states affected by the earthquake. So far, no
loss of life or property has been reported from Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh,
Uttarakhand. The Ministry of Home Affairs is constantly in touch with the
states.
