On Wednesday, 17th November 2021, 10197 new cases were reported which led to the total number of active cases to 1,28,555. The number is marked the lowest in the last 527 days.
Active cases hold for less than 1% of the total cases, currently at 0.37% which is lowest since March 2020. Yesterday the active cases were 1,30,793. The recovery rate is also marking the highest since March 2020, which is 98.28%. In the last 24 hours the total number of recovery is 12,134 and the total number of recoveries till date is 3,38,73,890.

The daily positive rate (0.82%) is less than 2% for the last 44 days. And the weakly positive rate (0.96%) is less than 2% for the last 54 days. The vaccination drive is going on throughout the country at a very high speed. So far 113.68 crores vaccinations have been administered under Nationwide vaccination drive.
